Floor mats provide a safe, cushioned surface while boxing or practicing martial arts. They’re made of foam or another soft material to soften the impact if you fall while training. Many floor mats feature interlocking jigsaw edges so you can put together a surface that fits your gym, dojo, or wherever you practice.

Floor mats are available colors such as black, blue, green, gray, red, and white. Some mats include a different color on each side so you can flip them over if you want a different look. We carry a large selection of mats from the ProForce brand. There are several options under $40. You can also use mat tape to secure your floor mat sections, along with a case to carry them on the go.
